The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

Using Pomodoro regularly will also help you learn about your work style. For example, you may discover that you complete more Pomodoros in the morning, even though you had always assumed you were a night owl. You can use this information to make sure you schedule more important tasks for the mornings when you’re most productive.

The word procrastination means to delaying the works until the deadlines come on you head.Procrastination tends to reflect a person’s struggles with self-control. For habitual procrastinators, who represent approximately 20 percent of the population, “I don’t feel like it” comes to take precedence over their goals or responsibilities.I applied this technique for Amal online courses.First i set a timer of two hours for first online course. Then i did the course with full attention in this time. There was a part left ,then i took a short break and then reset the time to complete it.I noticed that on the one hand my course was completed in less time and on the other hand i understood everything very well and very good point came to my mind.
